About The Position

WHAT YOULL DO Looking for a professional individual to represent the first point of contact with our guest and handle all stages of their stay RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the efficient and courteous operation of the front deskResponsible for checking guests inout most efficiently and courteously Collect balances and post appropriate room chargesAnswers and transfers call from the switchboard using proper telephone etiquetteAnswer guest questions about local restaurants and attractionsMake courtesy calls and follow up calls to all guests issuesSend confirmation letters to ownersguestsCoordinate with all other departments to ensure a smooth response to guests requestsProcess all incoming revenue from all departments dailyOpen and close the credit card machines and cashier audit reportsBalance out cash drawer process advance deposits when making reservations and collect money and post the transactions from other departmentsOrder office supplies as neededPrepare night audit dailyEnter maintenance and service requests in SPI promptlyMake reservations courteously and efficientlyMake room moves and stay over requests for guests as needed to ensure guest satisfactionRun reports and correct errors before guest check inPerform any other inventory management changes as directed by the supervisor or managerPrepare check in packets for the upcoming weekMake rental calls to notify owners whether their villa rented or notRespond to online reviewsReconcile rentals for the previous monthCheck online travel agents for rental inboundDaily post office and banking runBlock RCI points for unpaid accountsManage RCI banking membership changes and cancellationsAll other duties as assigned by managementBENEFITS COMPENSATION TRAININGQUALIFICATIONS High School DiplomaGEDExperience from which comparable knowledge and abilities are acquiredBasic computer skillsGreat attention to detailExcellent Customer Service skills with the ability to work under pressureBilingual is a plusActive listener with the ability to solve problemsWork with minimal supervisionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexible schedule Ability to work evenings holidays and weekends are a must

Requirements

  • All other duties as assigned by management
