About The Position
Cherokee Casino Roland is seeking an energetic Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team! As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our hotel guests and a key part of their stay. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, from handling reservations and check-in/check-out processes to answering guest inquiries and providing information about our resort and local attractions. This role requires a professional and friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for every guest.
