About The Position

Job Summary: Responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive guest experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Duties include but are not limited to : Regular and reliable attendance Flexible Schedule Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Guest Check-ins and Check-outs - efficiently and accurately Room Deliveries Concierge Services Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously Assist with reservations and room assignments Maintain accurate guest records and handle payment transactions Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required Multilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by our guests Strong guest relations skills with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management principles Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally We are open 24/7, while this position is not overnight, candidates must be available to work any day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and Holidays. Requirements

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
