About The Position

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with efficiency and a friendly demeanor. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably as a Front Desk Agent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Manage reservations using hotel software and ensure accuracy in booking details.
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready and issues are promptly addressed.
