Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED required/ equivalent required
- Prior customer service/guest service required
- Must be 18 years of age
Nice To Haves
- Prior work experience in the hotel or related field preferred
- Proficiency testing may apply
- Tribal preference will be given to qualified applicants
Responsibilities
- accommodate guests by registering and assigning rooms to guests
- issuing room keys
- transmitting and receiving messages
- keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts
- making and confirming reservations
- presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests
