About The Position

If you’ve got a bright personality, a sharp eye for details, and you can turn check-in into “wow, this place is awesome,” we want to meet you. By the Sea Resorts is hiring Front Desk Agents for our 3pm–11pm shift—aka the shift where sunsets happen, arrivals roll in, and you set the tone for the whole stay. What you’ll do You’re the first hello, the helpful guide, and the calm-in-the-storm problem solver.

Requirements

• Have a friendly, upbeat personality that guests remember
• Love being organized and getting the details right
• Can multitask and keep your cool when it gets busy
• Communicate clearly and enjoy working with a team
• Have customer service or hotel experience

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and confidence (vacation starts with you)
• Handle check-ins/check-outs smoothly and accurately
• Answer questions, give local recommendations, and help guests feel taken care of
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests with attention to detail
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep everything running like a dream
