About The Position

As the first point of contact for our valued employees, customers, and guests, you'll play a pivotal role in setting a positive tone and ensuring smooth operations at our front desk. In addition to welcoming visitors, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute your skills to various general office duties, including assisting with administrative tasks across different departments.

Requirements

  • Present a professional and appropriate image that showcases the company positively to clients and visitors through attire and demeanor.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Gmail, and exhibit accurate data entry capabilities.
  • Exhibit strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to proactively identify and resolve issues as they emerge.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome visitors, employees, and clients, embodying our company's core values and commitment to exceptional service.
  • Skillfully manage incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members using our ShoreTel phone system.
  • Efficiently handle incoming mail and oversee timely dispatch of daily packages, including preparation of FedEx labels.
  • Digitize documents accurately and ensure seamless integration into our database.
  • Showcase your thoughtful side by selecting and distributing birthday cards to celebrate employee birthdays, contributing to our vibrant company culture.
  • Skillfully balance multiple responsibilities, including call management, document scanning, and involvement in general office tasks.
  • Support the team by actively participating in diverse tasks and projects as directed by your manager.
