Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Administrative experience required.
  • Must be advanced user of MS Office
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and writing skills along with planning and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively.
  • Strong customer service skills desired.
  • Ability to develop rapport with all levels of human resources and management personnel.
  • Ability to be an effective team member.
  • Must be self- directed and capable of meeting multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manages phone lines, both incoming and outgoing calls
  • Greets visitors to the office
  • Assists with scheduling orientation of new employees; prepares necessary paperwork for personnel files.
  • Assists with training classes and maintaining officers training records.
  • Coordinates licensing requirements with new hires
  • Updates and maintains confidential personnel files to document personnel actions.
  • Examine personnel files to answer inquiries; provide information to authorized people.
  • Performs tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assigned office.
