About The Position

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail while managing front desk responsibilities and supporting administrative operations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Administrative and clerical support experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Draft and prepare client contracts with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
  • Maintain a well-organized and welcoming front desk environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
