We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Freight Sales Coordinators . In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, negotiating rates, and driving revenue growth while ensuring the smooth coordination of freight logistics. This is a full-time position with hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter with a strong ability to sell services, generate leads, and close deals while collaborating with our internal team.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and close new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Negotiate rates and secure freight contracts with customers and carrier partners.
  • Identify and pursue upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
  • Monitor shipments from start to finish, quickly resolving any issues that arise.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to meet and exceed customer expectations.
