Job Description Analyzes audit exceptions and makes correction or recommends course of action. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services. Acts as a project liaison with other departments. Analyzes current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings. Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings. May supervise a team of project staff. A general to advanced understanding of the following desired (but not required) • Contract Manager • Pricing Tools (Excel tools and other resources) • Universal Pricing Gateway • Transaction Manager • Transaction troubleshooting (how the systems interact with each other) • UPG-RE Manager • Error and Deviation Reporting • Makes sound best practice recommendations independently on day to day pricing topics. • Trouble shoot common to moderately complex issues using various available tools (UPG Rules Report, Activation Report, Audit Report, PRT, etc.) The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. Must live in Illinois

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically three to five years of related experience
