About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Freight Forwarder to manage and coordinate international and domestic shipments. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (preferred)
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international trade regulations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, ocean, and ground freight shipments from origin to destination
• Prepare and review shipping documentation (B/L, commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import/export laws, and trade requirements
• Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and overseas agents
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
• Negotiate rates with carriers and vendors to optimize shipping costs
• Provide accurate shipment status updates to customers
• Maintain shipment records and update internal systems
• Handle cargo insurance, claims, and discrepancies when necessary
