Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years in integrating 3rd party tools and planning ETL solutions.
• 2+ years of experience with CDP tools like Segment or mParticle.
• Excellent client and stakeholder interaction skills.
• Experience in designing and implementing CDP or Marketing Automation integrations.
• Familiarity with APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Guiding the implementation of CRM, CDP, and/or Marketing Automation systems from start to finish.
• Identifying opportunities to resolve business challenges through technology.
• Providing specifications for the internal technical team and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Leading implementation projects while maintaining consistent communication with clients.
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert during client interactions and presentations.
• Offering marketing analytics and reporting support as needed.
