About The Position

In this role, you will be the primary liaison between clients and the consulting team, ensuring the successful gathering of requirements, crafting effective designs, and facilitating smooth implementations. Your expertise will guide the selection of appropriate technologies tailored to client needs, while you provide innovative solutions to complex business challenges. This opportunity allows you to influence project outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction significantly, while working remotely in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in business software consulting and/or supply-chain management.
• 5+ years of experience as a Maestro (RapidResponse) Solution Architect.
• Experience in engaging and negotiating with C-level stakeholders.
• Detailed knowledge of functional supply chain solutions like ERP/MRP and demand planning.
• Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) integration experience with enterprise applications.
• Understanding of the solution development life cycle.
• Experience working with relational databases and JavaScript.
• Lean Manufacturing training or experience is a plus.
• Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) certification in the role of Solution Architect Level 2.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices.
• Support services sales opportunities as the solution and technical leader while collaborating with Account Executives and Client Partners.
• Assist in scoping prospective engagements, developing proposals, and managing project execution.
• Lead Deployment Workshops to help clients realize immediate value from their investments.
• Facilitate business process design leveraging Maestro (RapidResponse) capabilities.
• Resolve complex data configurations to ensure expected results from solutions.
• Configure Maestro (RapidResponse) interfaces according to client needs.
• Advise clients on key architectural decisions regarding the Maestro (RapidResponse) platform.
