Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 5 years in healthcare technology.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong track record in designing solutions in regulated industries.
• Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
• Deep understanding of AI tools and implementations.
• Proven experience working closely with Product Management and business stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills to explain technical solutions to business leaders.
• Knowledge of modern software tools such as Databricks, Kubernetes, Docker, and healthcare APIs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and business leaders to translate business goals into scalable, compliant solution designs.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures focusing on healthcare workflows, patient experience, and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the technical leader for healthcare technology implementations, guiding engineering teams through architectural best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend cloud services and AI frameworks to optimize scalability and performance.
• Ensure security and compliance with industry standards such as FHIR and HIPAA.
• Act as a thought partner to product teams, balancing innovation with regulatory constraints.
• Develop solution roadmaps and technical documentation to support delivery and future scalability.
