About The Position

We are looking for a recruiter who can quickly understand the real hiring need, translate it into a clear candidate profile, and find the right people even when they are not actively looking . Flying Bisons is one of the leading digital agencies in Poland. We design and build digital products for global enterprise clients. As our projects grow, we want to collaborate with a freelance recruiter who understands the design environment and can assess UX portfolios before they reach the Hiring Manager. This is not a full-time role. We are looking for a freelance partner for a framework collaboration. When a recruitment need appears, we check your availability, align the scope of work, and start the process. You are paid for the actual hours worked (~80 PLN/h net). We do not work with success fees and we do not expect unpaid work. If you are looking for a stable monthly income or a full-time role, this collaboration is probably not the right fit. If you already work with clients and want to take on additional recruitment projects, we would be happy to talk.

Requirements

  • active sole proprietorship / business entity and ability to issue VAT invoices
  • around 2–4 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • good understanding of design roles and the ability to review UX portfolios
  • experience with direct search and cold outreach
  • strong English skills (minimum C1)
  • willingness to work in a framework collaboration model (~80 PLN/h)

  • independence in running recruitment processes as well as real use of AI tools in your recruitment work
  • using AI to improve sourcing, market research, or candidate communication
  • curiosity about technology and ways to automate parts of recruitment work

Responsibilities

  • Running recruitment processes end-to-end, mainly for design roles such as: UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, Strategic Designer
  • Depending on current needs, you may also work on technology and project roles such as: Frontend / Backend, Project Manager, other roles related to digital product teams
  • sourcing active and passive candidates (direct search, cold outreach) using Boolean and X-Ray search techniques
  • finding design talent working with an existing candidate database and building talent pipelines
  • reviewing design portfolios from a recruiter’s perspective
  • managing candidates in the ATS (Recruitee)
  • delivering shortlists and candidate recommendations
