About The Position

Dazed Studio NYC is growing, and we’re looking for mid-weight and senior visionary experiential creatives and designers to join our network. If you’re passionate about translating cultural insight into bold, immersive experiences–and have a proven ability to concept and lead work that lives across physical space, audience interaction, and storytelling–we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Deep Understanding of Youth Culture: Proven ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into authentic, resonant experiential concepts for a global youth audience.
• Concept Development & Storytelling: Exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives and creative concepts for large-scale physical, digital, and hybrid experiences, ensuring brand alignment and cultural impact.
• 360° Experiential Design: Proficiency across all facets of experiential creation, including spatial design, interactive technology integration, production logistics, vendor management, and post-event measurement.
• Client & Team Leadership: Strong presentation skills with the confidence to pitch groundbreaking ideas to senior brand stakeholders. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (designers, producers, technologists) effectively under tight deadlines.
• Technical Fluency: Working knowledge of production processes, material sourcing, budgeting, and the implementation of emerging technologies (AR, VR, Generative AI, interactive installations).
