About The Position
Weâre hiring a Fraud Prevention Analyst to identify, analyze, and prevent fraudulent activity across customer accounts and transactions. Youâll monitor high-risk patterns, investigate suspicious behavior, and help strengthen fraud controls.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Ability to identify patterns in large datasets.
- Experience with Excel; risk or fraud tools a plus.
- Good decision-making and attention to detail.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
- Due to working with financial risk and sensitive customer data, a credit check and background verification is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Review flagged transactions, accounts, and activity logs.
- Analyze behavior patterns to detect fraud attempts.
- Document suspected fraud cases and escalate as needed.
- Assist in improving fraud detection rules and workflows.
- Collaborate with compliance, risk, and customer service teams.
- Prepare reports summarizing fraud incidents and trends.
