About The Position

We're looking for an enthusiastic Franchise Marketing Manager, who loves fitness and the lifestyle around it. This is a fun and fast paced full-time role, so we are looking for an outgoing and creative team player who's as comfortable working around the clang of a barbell during an event as they are creating an integrated campaign across multiple markets. You'll manage Gold's Gym Franchise Development Marketing efforts through both creative and administrative tasks, overseeing day-to-day management our fran-dev marketing activities, and you'll be an integral part of bringing our mission and vision to life. You will report to the Director of Franchise Marketing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience in a B2B or Franchise Development environment, developing and managing campaigns. Fitness or wellness experience is a considered a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative.
  • Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills. Strong computer literacy is a must.
  • Must be a problem solver who is able to navigate new projects and assignments.
  • Must have a service focused approach.
  • Must be proactive and possess strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Must have a high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to communicate clearly in all various modes (verbal, written, text, etc.).
  • Must have well-developed interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Must have exceptional time-management skills and be able to execute tasks and responsibilities in an ever-changing environment.
  • Must be flexible and reliable team player internally and externally.
  • Must be able to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Ability to travel to various fitness clubs and support centers, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Own demand generation planning and campaigns for new Gold's Gym franchise development--driving qualified opportunities.
  • Work with market development to track performance insights and optimization for franchise development campaigns for smarter market expansion.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of national promotions, challenges, and partnerships into simple, high-impact programs that franchisees can activate to drive member engagement and revenue.
  • Support franchise communications through clear coordination, content collection, and execution support.
  • Maintain and revise printed and online franchise marketing collateral.
  • All other duties as assigned.
