The Learning Experience is seeking an experienced Franchise Engagement Director to support franchisees through the full development lifecycle, from agreement signing through center opening. This onsite leadership role serves as the central point of contact between franchise owners and internal teams including Real Estate, Development, Construction, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Marketing. This role is ideal for a highly organized leader who thrives in high-volume communication, structured execution, and complex development pipelines. You will combine relationship management with operational discipline to ensure franchisees remain informed, supported, and confident while development projects stay on track.
