The Fractional Marketing Officer (FMO) is a senior marketing executive responsible for building, managing, and scaling the marketing engine of a high-performance investment- sales commercial brokerage. This role drives brand strategy, lead generation, deal marketing, investor communications, and agent enablement to increase listings, pipeline velocity, and brokerage revenue. The FMO supports the full lifecycle of investment-sales assignments—from prospecting to listing launch to contract to close—while elevating the brokerage’s market authority and digital footprint.
