About The Position

Fractional Cheif Technology Officer Tutera Senior Living & Health Care Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a dynamic leader responsible for the oversight of IT, Engeneering and Data. Responsibilities Mandate Stand up cloud governance, Azure structure, RBAC, policy, audit logging, monitoring/alerts Lead security remediation for LTC Data (plaintext passwords, secrets, API authorization, SQL injection, establish engineering guardrails, SDLC, CI/CD, code review, secret management) Publish a pragmatic 6-12 month roadmap with milestones and owners Responsibilities own architecture and security posture across Azure SQL data Custom apps 16 Tutera Senior Living Define engineering standards: branching strategy review, enviornments, releases Introduce automated security controls (Secret Scanning, SAST, dependency scanning) Formalize role boundaries between IT operations vs engineering executive reporting: posture, risks, remeidation progress, and roadmap status Qualifications 10+ years experience in IT and engineering leadership/ architecture Strong Azure governance and security experience Regulated/healthcare exprience strongly preferred HIPAA/PHI exprience Demonstrated experience modernizing legacy systems Ability to operate as a hands- on fractional leader Why is Tutera THE Employer of Choice? Requirements

10+ years experience in IT and engineering leadership/ architecture
Strong Azure governance and security experience
HIPAA/PHI exprience
Demonstrated experience modernizing legacy systems
Ability to operate as a hands- on fractional leader

Nice To Haves

Regulated/healthcare exprience strongly preferred
