Job Summary The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Power Generation is the key executive responsible for driving the company's technological vision, strategy, vision and leadership across all power-generation assets, technologies, and innovation initiatives. This role is responsible for setting the technology roadmap, ensuring operational excellence, guiding modernization programs, and driving competitive advantage through advanced engineering, digitalization, and energy-transition strategies ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals, support innovation, scalability and operational efficiency. The CTO leads the engineering and IT teams, manages technology budgets, evaluates and implements new systems, and stays ahead of industry trends to maintain competitive advantage. As a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, the CTO plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s growth, digital transformation, and long-term success.
