About The Position

Are you passionate about technology and eager to apply your skills in real-world embedded systems development? We’re looking for an FPGA Engineer Intern to join our engineering team! This is an opportunity to work alongside industry experts and be hands-on with cutting-edge audio, video, and data distribution technologies that enhance passenger experiences in private aircraft.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in your junior or senior year pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant coursework in circuits, logic design, and computing systems.
  • Strong understanding of Verilog HDL and design/debug experience with AMD/Xilinx FPGAs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze technical challenges.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills to work effectively in a team.
  • Previous work experience (technical or non-technical) that demonstrates responsibility and initiative.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience working with Xilinx IP Design flow and exposure to embedded software systems and designs (Baremetal or Linux).
  • Prior experience with C/C++ and Python.
  • Prior experience with scripting languages (BASH/TCL), electronics debugging tools, software version control (SVN or Git), and hardware/software integration methodologies.
