About The Position

Kelvion is seeking an experienced FP&A Sr. Analyst to join the Americas Finance team. The FP&A Sr. Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager FP&A and plays a key role in financial modeling, business performance analysis, and reporting while ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and regional goals. This individual will be responsible for supporting the FP&A Sr. Manger in the preparation of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting to support the attainment of financial goals. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical with a mindset towards process improvement, possess strong communication and collaboration skills, and must possess advanced Excel skills. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Business Administration or Accounting
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or related roles, preferably within a multinational organization.
Ability to work under strict deadlines and deliver results
Able to take the initiative and demonstrate an attitude towards continuous improvement
Ability to build trusting relationships and partnerships throughout the organization acting as a team player
Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and attention to detail
High degree of motivation, intelligence, independent worker mindset with an orientation to detail
Proven quantitative and analytical abilities
Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Skills are essential
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

Nice To Haves

MBA or advanced degree in finance or a related discipline is preferred
Knowledge of SAP & Syteline is an advantage
CPA preferred

Responsibilities

Business Partnering by collaborating with legal entities and SG&A department heads across Americas to provide financial guidance and support decision-making with cost-savings opportunities.
Preparation and monthly performance reporting including analysis of operational performance versus forecast, budget, and prior year
Assist in delivering on all internal and external reporting requirements including: Monthly forecasts Month end actuals reporting Pacing Updates P&Ls Budget & STRAP Trade working capital KPIs (i.e. DIO, DSO)
Ability to analyze data and provide executive level commentary to be communicated senior leadership
Responsible for accuracy of reporting systems including validation to source data and propose reporting improvements
Use available financial tools to investigate trends, analyze large sets of data, and provide reports to help the LT make informed strategic decisions
Develop financial models to support business strategy and help assess potential impact of business scenarios
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A activities
