As we scale, we are seeking a FP&A Manager to play a critical role in financial planning, cash management, and strategic decision-making. This role will have visibility across the organization, supporting leadership in managing financial performance and capital planning. Role Summary: We are looking for an analytical and strategic finance professional to help lead FP&A functions while incorporating key treasury responsibilities. The ideal candidate has experience in financial modeling, forecasting, capital planning, and cash management, with a background in investment banking, Big 4, private equity, or corporate finance. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and capital markets.
  • Experience assisting with equity and debt fundraising, including modeling for investor presentations.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel; experience with FP&A software is a plus.
  • Strong communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to present financial insights to leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA, CFA, or relevant financial designation preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or high-growth startups is a plus.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the company’s financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a weekly cash flow forecast, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Support fundraising efforts, including equity and debt financing activities, by providing financial models, scenario analyses, and investor materials.
  • Assist in capital allocation decisions and maintain financial models for long-term strategic planning.
  • Partner with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with operational metrics.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, including unit economics, cost management, and growth initiatives.
  • Support board reporting, investor relations, and executive presentations.
  • Monitor market trends and industry benchmarks to enhance financial planning and capital strategy.
