Puffco has also been listed by MG Magazine as one of the 50 best companies to work for. We are seeking a highly skilled and analytically driven FP&A Manager to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is looking to play a strategic role in financial planning and decision support across the business. You’ll partner closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact financial insights. While this role has no direct reports, you’ll influence senior leadership and mentor junior staff through the strength of your thinking, technical fluency, and communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or management consulting roles
• Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills — including 3-statement models
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and how they integrate with forecasting
• Highly analytical, intellectually curious, and capable of synthesizing complexity
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both executive stakeholders and operational teams
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience as a financial analyst or in a similar analytical role preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ERP system implementation or Chart of Accounts architecture
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Exposure to inventory-based businesses, manufacturing, or consumer products

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust financial models spanning the full set of financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Lead budgeting and long-range planning processes in collaboration with business leaders
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders
• Conduct scenario analysis and develop business cases to support strategic initiatives and investments
• Provide in-depth variance analysis and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support ad-hoc executive requests
• Collaborate with Accounting and Analytics to ensure financial data integrity and alignment
• Contribute to ongoing finance process improvement
