About The Position

EFC International, a global distributor of engineered fasteners, is expanding—and we’re looking for a sharp, strategic, and highly analytical FP&A Manager to help steer our financial future. What You’ll Own & Lead In this pivotal role, you’ll be the financial backbone of our growing industrial distribution organization—driving insights that fuel decision-making and long-term profitability. You will: Lead the annual budget and quarterly reforecasting process across revenue, margins, OpEx, working capital, and cash flow. Deliver monthly variance analysis with crisp insights and recommendations for senior leaders. Build and own driver-based models (pricing, product mix, freight, rebates, incentives, inventory turns, DSO/DPO). Partner closely with operations & supply chain on inventory planning, slow-moving stock, and PPV tracking. Run monthly branch and channel profitability reviews. Design and maintain KPI dashboards that move the business forward. Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning. Champion process improvements and automation across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA/CPA a plus)
  • 5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in industrial distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or multi-branch operations
  • Expert-level Excel (complex modeling, pivots, lookups, you name it)
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex data for executive audiences
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders across non-financial areas

Nice To Haves

  • Power BI dashboard design experience
  • Hands-on experience with SAP
  • Familiarity with budgeting/forecasting software
