The Strategic Finance team oversees the company's financial well-being while supporting operational and business planning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You should have exceptional work ethic, great team mentality and a positive attitude, highly driven, self-motivated, autonomous, and excellent business partnering skills.
Requirements
- Maintain the highest standards of accuracy and precision; extremely detail-oriented, highly organized and resourceful.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp and apply analytical concepts, and translate strategic initiatives into financial models.
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, FP&A, venture-backed high-growth companies, or a fast-paced Fortune 500 environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work within fixed timeframes and meet deadlines consistently.
- Proactive communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Passion for technology and genuine desire to make meaningful contributions on a team with big aspirations.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ERP systems, FP&A tools, and other business spend management tools are a plus (Netsuite, Anaplan, Adaptive, Vena, Coupa, Concur, etc..)
- Experience in datacenter, GPUs, and capital intensive businesses a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company COGS budgets and forecasts; become a subject matter expert on COGS, and assist in other areas where necessary.
- Partner with Infrastructure, Engineering, and Product and perform financial and strategic analysis to drive operational efficiency.
- Work cross functionally to understand the financial impact of new business initiatives and make recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive improvements in KPI reporting and tracking.
- Own business case development and analysis to inform and support business and financial decisions.
- Build and maintain complex financial forecasting models used to inform key business decisions.
- Assist in coordinating the annual budget and monthly forecasts working with stakeholders across the business.
- Deliver findings to multiple levels of leadership with in-depth analysis and effective presentations.
