Utilize your problem solving abilities, excellent communication skills and financial expertise to make an immediate impact. All Roads in Baltimore, MD is searching for a (FP&A) Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to assist with due diligence, evaluate financial data, analyze trends and identify risks. Reporting to the Vice President, you will be "hands on" acting as a liaison between business units (Accounting/IT...) to improve operations and profitability. This opportunity requires the ability to travel among our dealerships.(20% of the time). This position is onsite in Baltimore/Dundalk, MD. Requirements

  • 5+ years of applicable experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP system navigation
  • Strong ability to analyze a variety of data sets, identify trends and facilitate solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain financial insights to non financial stakeholders
  • Experience in Power BI/Microsoft Fabric

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current & historical financial data (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow...)
  • Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities to improve operations and profitability
  • Prepare reports, presentations and summarize analysis for the executive team
  • Assist with creating reports/dashboards to track KPI's to drive strategic decisions
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordination of rollout of new reporting functions
  • Develop data model scenarios to help project future revenues, expenses and margins based on a variety of data sets
  • Evaluate current business processes and identify potential areas for improvements, which includes gathering information from stakeholders about current issues
  • Collaborate with various departments to align financial plans with operational goals
  • Act as a liaison between business units and Accounting/IT teams
  • Assist with M&A diligence activities
  • Other administrative activities as needed
