This is a high visibility position and candidate must have a phenomenal sense of integrity and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics, MBA a plus
  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus
  • Expert in building models for analysis 
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures

Responsibilities

  • Deliver analytical insights to support business decisions and process improvements, external financial reporting communications, data mining and various reporting needs.
  • Assist in weekly revenue reporting, ensuring leadership receives timely and relevant intra-quarter results.
  • Consolidate Global Revenue KPI’s: DTC Comps, Store Count, Wholesale Account plans, etc.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by transforming data into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish trust and communicate effectively to senior management
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to address key strategic or operational questions across multiple disciplines
  • Partner with the FP&A team on presentations, ad-hoc analysis and other reporting requirements upon request
  • Support the preparation of all financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for Planning, Forecasting and Variance Analysis
  • Assist with Quarter-End external financial reporting activities
  • Work effectively within teams, demonstrating a results-driven approach and a high level of initiative.
  • Maintain the ability to meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure.
