We’re looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our team in Teaneck, NJ, and play a key role in shaping financial strategy and decision-making across the organization. This highly visible position requires a proactive, analytical professional with strong commercial instincts and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. You’ll be responsible for driving financial insights, developing sophisticated models, and partnering with leadership to support strategic initiatives and business growth. A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact: Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making Build, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities Partner with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, track performance, and identify key business drivers Analyze financial results and prepare clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance forecasting tools Support ad-hoc analysis and strategic initiatives to drive business efficiency and profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA a plus
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills; strong proficiency in Excel and BI/reporting tools
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to distill complex data into clear insights
- Strong business acumen and commercial instincts
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience in high-growth or technology-driven environments preferred (SaaS or hardware a plus)
