About The Position

This role will support the FP&A Manager in the development and delivery of dashboards, reports, and data analyses across multiple business units. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, build visualizations, and provide high quality data, analysis, and strategic insights that support enterprise-wide initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented, technically skilled, self-motivated professional with a strong foundation in financial reporting and analysis, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field
Understanding of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
Strong project and time management skills
Strong proactive communication skills, written and verbal, to effectively interface with all levels of management and staff; ability to communicate issues and conclusions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure, meet deadlines, work on multiple projects simultaneously, shift focus and adapt to change
Collaboration with geographically disbursed, cross-functional teams including adapting to different personalities and working styles
Ability to present complex financial information in a clear, concise, and actionable manner
Ability to extract, transform, and interpret financial and operational data into actionable information
Self-motivated with a desire for professional growth and a willingness to take on increasing responsibility within the organization

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Power BI, MS CRM, Atlassian) are a plus
Analytics language knowledge (ex. Basic sql) is a plus

Responsibilities

Support the Manager, FP&A in developing and maintaining dashboards across finance, operations, sales, and marketing.
Manage project scope, tasks, deadlines, and work with Advanced Analytics team through launch and beyond.
Maintain confidentiality with all sensitive information (including internal employee, financial and enterprise information).
Gather requirements from business stakeholders, translating them into business intelligence.
Prepare accurate and timely data extracts, reports, and visualizations.
Assist in maintaining enterprise-wide KPI and performance frameworks.
Support ad-hoc analysis requests and deep dives for finance, operations, sales, and marketing teams.
Work with cross-functional business units management to support reporting and development of develop dashboards.
Provide ongoing support after launch (training, analysis, adoption, and iterate).
Analyze current data and provide recommendations.
Deliver financial support and insights that help the organization achieve both its short and long-term goals.
Collaborate with the business leaders to build models based on their needs.
Document processes, dashboards, and data models to ensure repeatability and transparency.
Ensure reliable data quality and consistency across reporting tools and platforms.
