In this position, you will get to: Support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of financial performance for Key Growth Initiatives and Product Management functions Work independently as a day-to-day finance business partner including functional forecasting, budgeting and ad hoc analysis as required Support month-end close process, work with FP&A on annual operating plan development and 5-year strategic planning cycle with focus on Key Growth Initiatives Complete and be accountable for customer net profitability analysis and reporting Assess impact of global customer loyalty programs, periodic forecasts, and monthly accruals Review and approve monthly rep commission calculations

Requirements

  • A BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning, Operational Finance or Corporate Finance
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint required
  • Knowledge of US GAAP required
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to interface successfully with senior leaders

Nice To Haves

  • SAP and OneStream working knowledge preferred

Responsibilities
