We are seeking a talented and experienced FP&A Analyst to help shape the financial future of our organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience.
  • Expert proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and SQL queries
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-player skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic remote work environment.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA/CFA or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Prior FP&A experience in a Private Equity Portfolio Company is a strong plus.
  • Experience with data analytics platforms such as Power BI, Business Object, Hyperion Essbase, SAP Analytics, etc.
  • Familiarity with Revenue Recognition rules and requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Budgetary Expertise: Help prepare annual budgets, short and long-term forecasts, and management financial reports for the entire company and specific lines of business.
  • Strategic Analytics: Assit with implementing strategies for business operations, including reporting, procurement, staffing, resource planning, budgeting, reforecasting, and capital projects analysis.
  • Performance Metrics: Prepare management dashboards and financial metrics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, tracking KPIs to drive business results.
  • Cost Management: Help identify opportunities for cost reduction, margin improvement, inventory management, and return on investment analysis.
  • Financial Modeling: Prepare integrated income statements, balance sheets, cash flow projections, and valuation models and forecasts.
  • Reporting Excellence: Develop and maintain internal and external financial and management reporting for various stakeholders, including Management, Board, Bank, and Investors.
  • Policy and Procedure: Help maintain financial policies, controls, and procedures.
