About The Position

As a Fountain Worker at District Donuts, you’ll be the face of our renowned craft donut shop, known for creating delightful guest experiences with your warm smile and exceptional service. You’ll work in a vibrant atmosphere filled with the delicious aromas of our homemade confections. With over 100 consistently rotating flavors, you'll have the joy of serving some of the best donuts in Las Vegas. Plus, our extensive menu goes beyond donuts to offer delectable lunch and dinner options, making every visit a special occasion.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast paced restaurant preferred
• 1+ years of experience as Barista
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Take and place order, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable
• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests
• Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments
• Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures
• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
• Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in work station, counters, tables, etc.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
• Perform other job-related duties as requested
