Overview Dialogue AI is seeking a Founding Software Engineer in Los Angeles, CA, to help build the foundation of our AI-driven platform. As an early team member, you will work across product, infrastructure, and AI to deliver a customer-first product you can be proud of. You will collaborate directly with a founding team from leading tech companies and universities. Role Impact This role is critical to building the core technology platform of Dialogue AI, shaping product architecture and engineering standards from inception. The engineer’s work directly impacts the startup’s ability to innovate and scale AI-driven customer research solutions, positioning the company for success backed by prominent investors and industry veterans.
Requirements
- Experience in front-end, back-end, and database technologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to design and maintain scalable software
- Experience contributing to architectural decisions
- Rapid iteration and deployment capability
- Technical challenge identification and resolution
- 4+ years of experience in fullstack, product or frontend engineering at a top tech company (VC-backed or FAANG)
