About The Position

We are building the premier software platform designed to help elite engineering teams move faster. Trusted by over 150+ high-growth customers and backed by a $4.2M seed round from top-tier investors (including Y Combinator), we have maintained double-digit month-over-month growth since mid-2025. As our Founding GTM (Go-To-Market) Engineer, you will be the bridge between our technical product and our customers. This is a rare "ground floor" opportunity to work directly with our CEO (who scaled multiple teams from $0–$30M ARR) and our CTO (formerly a founding engineer at a successful startup). You aren't just selling; you are shaping how millions of engineers and leaders understand their work.

Requirements

  • Software Engineering Background: You have written production code and possess a deep understanding of modern development workflows, CI/CD, and the SDLC.
  • Exceptional Communication: You can translate complex technical concepts for both a DevOps engineer and a C-suite executive.
  • Bias for Action: You are self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and wired for speed.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are excited about building a company from scratch, not just executing a pre-set plan.
  • Eligibility: Must be a US Citizen or current Visa holder.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling developer tools, AI/ML platforms, or infrastructure software.
  • Prior experience at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series C), particularly in a Solutions Engineering or founding role.
  • Background as a former founder or early technical hire.

Responsibilities

  • Build the Engine: Do whatever it takes across systems, sales, and marketing to build a robust pipeline.
  • Technical Enablement: Create the assets that close deals—demos, reference architectures, integration guides, and technical documentation.
  • Automate Growth: Partner with the founders and product team to automate as much of the sales and onboarding process as possible.
  • Define the Playbook: We are inventing our outbound, pricing, and expansion strategies as we go. You will be a primary architect of these processes.
  • Stay Agile: One day you’ll be hunting new logos; the next, you’ll be designing a new internal system to streamline our operations.
