About The Position
Join our client, a fast-growing AI startup that is changing the game in their arena, and are doubling headcount in 2026. As the first recruiter, you'll lead hiring across GTM and Engineering. You'll own sourcing, interviewing, and candidate experience end-to-end-partnering with leadership to build a diverse, high-performing team.
Requirements
- Have 3-6 years of recruiting experience (GTM + technical)
- Thrive in fast-paced, scaling environments
- Care deeply about culture and candidate experience
- Communicate clearly and build strong relationships
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a first recruiter at a startup
- Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse or Gem
- Passion for learning, communication, and AI
