About The Position

Circuit is building the world’s first manufacturing-focused AI knowledge and workflow platform. Our mission is to help industrial and manufacturing enterprises transform how they sell, support, and collaborate with their dealer, distributor, and customer networks by turning complex product data and documentation into actionable, intelligent workflows—from partner enablement to CPQ to technical support. Now, we’re looking for our Founding Product Marketer to define how Circuit is understood, adopted, and trusted in the market. As Circuit’s Founding Product Marketer, you will own how our product comes to life for the market—from first impression to closed deal to long-term adoption. This is not a traditional PMM role. You will be deeply embedded across Product, Sales, and Leadership, acting as the connective tissue between what we’re building, what customers need, and how we tell that story with clarity and conviction. You'll work directly with real manufacturing customers, real workflows, and real product complexity. You’ll shape our positioning, define our core use cases, build the narrative that powers sales conversations, and help ensure we’re building the right things for the right buyers. In your first year, you will have honed Circuit’s ICP and positioning, built a repeatable GTM narrative, enabled Sales to sell with confidence, and become the internal expert on how manufacturers understand—and adopt—Circuit.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Solutions Consulting, or GTM roles with deep customer exposure.
  • Proven ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience working with enterprise SaaS, AI products, or complex B2B platforms (manufacturing or industrial experience is a strong plus).
  • Demonstrated success partnering closely with Sales and Product in fast-moving environments.
  • Comfort operating without a playbook—you enjoy building the plane while flying it.
  • Strong intuition for messaging, positioning, and storytelling grounded in real customer value.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • High empathy for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution instincts.
  • Low-ego, highly collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Curious, opinionated, and energized by early-stage company building.

Responsibilities

  • Define Circuit’s positioning, messaging, and category narrative across core buyer personas and industries.
  • Develop clear, compelling use-case narratives tied to real manufacturing workflows (partner enablement, CPQ, technical support, product selection, etc.).
  • Partner with Sales to build sales enablement assets, talk tracks, and objection-handling frameworks grounded in customer reality.
  • Lead customer discovery to understand pain points, buying motivations, and language—and translate those insights into messaging and product feedback.
  • Serve as a power user of the product to deeply understand workflows, value moments, and friction.
  • Shape product launches, roadmap communication, and feature narratives in close collaboration with Product and Product Management.
  • Build foundational GTM artifacts: website messaging, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and demo narratives.
  • Identify patterns across customers and deals and communicate those insights back to Product and Leadership.
  • Help define Circuit’s ICP, personas, and segmentation strategy as we scale.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to Circuit’s founders and executives on how Circuit shows up in the market.
  • Wear multiple hats across marketing in an early-stage environment, stepping beyond core product marketing as needed to support brand, content, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to shape and execute demand generation programs, campaigns, and brand strategy as Circuit scales.
