About The Position

We are looking for a Founding Product Designer with 5+ years of product design experience, ideally at startups or high\-velocity teams, to lead end\-to\-end design across all customer\-facing experiences. This person will be crucial in turning complex, week\-long consulting projects into elegant, simple experiences powered by AI, rethinking products from the ground up, and obsessing over every detail.

Requirements

5\-10 years of experience in product design; at least one year experience in a founding, lead or head of design role.
Experience at a high velocity early stage B2B SaaS startup (Seed\-Series C)
Clear 0\-1 ownership; has designed and shipped net\-new products or major product pillars, not just incremental\/maintenance work
World\-class visual and interaction craft in design
Expert Figma user (systems + rapid prototyping) and excited to experiment with AI tools and fast integration
Extremely strong attention to detail including strong typography, layout, motion\/mircro\-interactions, etc.
Experience collaborating with engineer, and accelerate design process
Strong product sense, able to think through trade\-offs for users, engineers and impact of long\-term product decisions
Ability to work 3\-5 days in office in SF

Responsibilities

Lead end\-to\-end design across all customer\-facing experiences, creating a seamless and intuitive journey.
Define and evolve Listenâs design system, visual language, and component library, collaborating closely with product and engineering.
Prototype ideas rapidly using Figma, AI tools, or whatever communicates the vision best.
Influence product direction, shaping what we build, not just how it looks.
Translate complex research workflows into simple, intuitive, and delightful user experiences, focusing on analysis, insights, incentives, and recruitment.
