Pinch Med SpaEvanston, IL

About The Position

Pinch delivers premium at-home aesthetic care, designed around real life. We empower board-certified Nurse Practitioners to bring expert treatments directly to clients, on their schedule, in their space. Founded by a surgeon and backed by leading venture capital firms, Pinch sits at the intersection of healthcare and hospitality. We’re building a platform that gives providers autonomy while offering clients a five-star experience that feels effortless, personal, and clinically sound. No waiting rooms. No rigid appointments. Just expert care, delivered with intention. Based in Evanston, IL, Pinch is growing quickly. We’re early, ambitious, and deeply product-driven, with a strong point of view on how thoughtful design can elevate care, build trust, and make something complex feel seamless. Role Summary Pinch is seeking its first full-time product designer. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the Pinch brand and eager to work at an early-stage startup where they can wear many hats and make a big impact. We want a UX-focused product designer who thinks critically and challenges ideas they believe aren’t in the best interest of the user or the business. At the same time, they should be able to “disagree and commit,” working enthusiastically as part of the team.
