About The Position
This is a rare chance to join Probook at the ground floor and help build the people infrastructure behind one of the most talent-dense teams in New York City. We’re looking for a hungry, operationally minded People Ops leader in the making — someone who cares deeply about how hiring systems, processes, and candidate experience work together to scale a company. You’ll partner directly with the founders, own recruiting operations end to end, and help design the foundation that supports Probook’s growth from zero to one.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in people operations at a Series A–C startup, Agency recruiting, or Consulting.
- Proven ability to manage heavy interview loads and operational complexity
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and biased toward action
