About The Position

We are seeking a proven healthcare leader to launch and scale a new ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) company. This role is for someone who has built or significantly grown a healthcare services organization and is ready to take ownership of building a new venture—either from scratch or through acquisition. This venture is backed by experienced healthcare professionals who provide strong operational and strategic support.

Requirements

• Healthcare leadership background required, including options such as nursing home administrator, home care leadership, ABA leadership, or broader healthcare operations
• Proven track record of success in growing or scaling a healthcare organization
• Strong operational execution skills — able to build systems, workflows, and processes from the ground up
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, confident, and capable of taking ownership
• Polished leadership presence with the ability to impress and motivate
