We’re looking for someone to drive product success by acting as the bridge between product development, sales, and customers. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in brand or product marketing, ideally at a fast-moving startup or creative agency.
  • Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills — you love working closely with creative and technical partners.
  • A deep sense of ownership and pride in your work.

Nice To Haves

  • Startup background or founder experience.
  • Have an engineering background - whether frontend experience (intern+) or CS coursework.
  • Stay current with frontend engineering trends.

Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Identifying target audiences, analyzing competitors, and understanding customer pain points.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Crafting our story, value proposition, and core messages for each product and feature.
  • GTM Strategy: Planning and executing launches for new products and features.
  • Sales Enablement: Creating tools (presentations, demos, case studies) to help sales teams sell effectively.
  • Content Creation: Developing blogs, videos, website copy, and other materials that highlight product benefits.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
