Founding Growth Marketing

Broccoli AISan Francisco, CA

About The Position

Broccoli has grown fast on product and customers. Now we’re building the growth engine. We’re looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to own lifecycle, performance, SEO/AEO, paid acquisition, and website conversion — and to build the analytics foundation that ties it all together. This is a hands-on role. You’ll design the system, run the experiments, read the data, and ship improvements yourself. About the role Growth at Broccoli is about efficient, measurable demand — not vanity metrics. You’ll build and run full-funnel programs across lifecycle, paid, search, and website optimization, while setting a high bar for analytics and experimentation. You’ll decide what to measure, how to measure it, and how to turn insight into action. This role is for someone who wants to own growth end-to-end, from first click to closed revenue.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
  • Deep strength in analytics — you’re comfortable with attribution, funnels, cohorts, and experimentation.
  • Proven experience running lifecycle, paid, and search programs.
  • Experience building growth infrastructure from scratch.
  • High-execution mindset: you like doing the work, not just planning it.
  • Strong systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Own lifecycle marketing end to end — onboarding, activation, expansion, and re-engagement.
  • Run performance marketing across paid search, paid social, and other acquisition channels.
  • Build and scale SEO and AEO programs focused on durable, compounding demand.
  • Own the website as a conversion surface — messaging, experimentation, and funnel optimization.
  • Design and maintain the analytics stack: attribution, dashboards, cohort analysis, and reporting.
  • Define growth KPIs and create tight feedback loops with sales and product.
  • Run fast, disciplined experiments and turn what works into repeatable systems.
