What you’ll do Work hand-in-hand with the founders to shape and own Simular’s go-to-market motion from the ground up. Wear multiple hats - from closing our first customers, to testing messaging, to setting up early playbooks. Talk to users constantly, translate feedback into insights, and push those back into product and strategy. Experiment with different growth channels (sales, marketing, partnerships, community) to see what sticks. Lead community-building efforts (Discord, Twitter/X, Reddit, events), engage with early adopters, and help turn them into advocates. Roll up your sleeves to design, test, and iterate on everything: pricing, positioning, sales scripts, onboarding flows. Be a true founding team member: scrappy, resourceful, and driven by outcomes over process.
