MintMCP is an AI infrastructure company that provides visibility into how companies use MCP and Agents, enforces guardrails and permissions, and facilitates company-wide AI deployment. This role involves end-to-end customer ownership, including managing high inbound volume, prospecting, running discovery and POCs, negotiating, closing, onboarding, and post-sale account management. The successful candidate will also contribute to defining the GTM playbook, building the GTM organization, and shaping pricing and packaging. The position requires an AI-focused individual who can leverage AI for productivity and involves close collaboration with the GTM team, reporting directly to the CEO. It is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence three times a week for collaboration.
