About The Position

MintMCP is an AI infrastructure company that provides visibility into how companies use MCP and Agents, enforces guardrails and permissions, and facilitates company-wide AI deployment. Their MCP Gateway and Agentic platform are considered mission-critical AI enablement and infrastructure. The company operates with a horizontal structure in a rapidly evolving market and is AI-native, with all employees using Claude daily and working with cutting-edge agentic technology. MintMCP is funded by Coatue Ventures, Andrej Karpathy, Jeff Dean, and Scott Belsky, and its founders are Machine Learning experts from Stanford, Berkeley, CMU, Google Brain, Waymo, and Coursera. This role involves end-to-end customer ownership, including managing high inbound volume, prospecting, running discovery and POCs, negotiating, closing, onboarding, and post-sale account management. The successful candidate will also contribute to defining the GTM playbook, building the GTM organization, and shaping pricing and packaging. The position requires an AI-focused individual who can leverage AI for productivity and involves close collaboration with the GTM team, reporting directly to the CEO. It is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence three times a week for collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full sales cycle experience exceeding targets in a top-down sales motion
  • Experience selling technical infrastructure or cybersecurity products to security, engineering, IT, and AI leaders in Mid-Market or Enterprise segments
  • Are “AI Native”, or can demonstrate willingness to become so and can speak credibly on current AI infrastructure, MCPs, APIs, and LLMs
  • Use AI in your day to day workflows
  • Can work in a horizontal org, and thrive in ambiguity and scrappy environments

Nice To Haves

  • Field marketing experience
  • Being open to traveling to represent the company at conferences, and meet CISOs and AI Leaders personally
  • Previous GTM founding or early selling experience
  • Expertise in social selling or building a personal brand on LinkedIn
  • Ability to identify and capture intent signals to build prospecting lists
  • Understand MCPs and are doing sales activities in the terminal
