About The Position

At Novita AI, we’re on a mission to make open-source AI models accessible to everyone—no massive teams or endless resources required. Our AI cloud platform handles all the heavy lifting in AI infra for developers and enterprises so they can focus on building the future. We believe that truly democratizing AI means letting every developer experiment and create without barriers. We’re looking for a founding GTM Lead to power the engine of our sales pipeline at Novita AI. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, uncovering pain points and building strong relationships from the ground up. You will work with the founders, marketing team, and existing customers to help shape our sales strategy and product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Prior sales development or related experience, ideally in tech or software sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of clearly articulating complex technical concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Persistent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  • Interest in AI technology, cloud infrastructure, and willingness to quickly learn technical concepts and product features.

Nice To Haves

  • Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospects, and generate leads through targeted outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule demos with prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop effective outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on prospect interactions, market trends, and competitor insights.
  • Continuously improve outreach processes and strategies to increase conversion rates and pipeline generation.
