About The Position

This role exists to turn Revic’s data and AI capabilities into compounding GTM leverage. As Revic’s Founding GTM AI Engineer, you will define and build how AI is applied across our go-to-market motion from day one. You’ll work directly with the Head of Revenue to conceptualize new ways to use Revic’s product, data, and insights—and then implement the automations that bring those ideas to life. This is a hands-on builder role with real ownership. You won’t be handed a roadmap. You’ll help create it—by identifying high-impact opportunities, shipping systems quickly, and iterating based on real GTM feedback. You’ll operate at the intersection of product thinking, GTM strategy, and engineering execution.

Requirements

  • You understand how B2B SaaS GTM teams actually operate
  • You’ve built systems, automations, or internal tools that scaled revenue teams
  • You’re comfortable both defining problems and building solutions
  • You can translate messy GTM reality into structured, repeatable workflows
  • You thrive in early-stage environments with ambiguity and ownership
  • You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Enablement, or Growth
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and GTM tooling ecosystems
  • Experience working with call intelligence or conversation data
  • Background in early-stage or zero-to-one companies

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize High-Leverage AI Use Cases
  • Identify meaningful ways to apply Revic’s data and AI capabilities to scale revenue workflows
  • Turn customer conversations, behavioral data, and pipeline signals into actionable systems
  • Design AI-driven workflows that remove friction and surface signal for GTM teams
  • Build & Ship GTM Automations
  • Implement AI-powered automations that support:
  • Hyper-personalized outbound and follow-up at scale
  • Deal summaries, next steps, and internal updates from call recordings
  • Automated task creation and assignment based on deal context
  • Use Revic and complementary tools to move from idea → prototype → production
  • Extract Signal From Conversations
  • Analyze sales calls to identify:
  • Buying signals, objections, and deal risk
  • Messaging patterns that convert vs. stall deals
  • Insights that inform ICP, positioning, and GTM strategy
  • Turn these insights into:
  • Sales enablement improvements
  • Marketing content and thought leadership
  • Feedback loops for product and GTM teams
  • Operate as a Founding Builder
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Leadership
  • Embed AI into daily GTM workflows—not side experiments
  • Help define how this function scales as Revic grows
